Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges for products in original, unworn and unaltered. Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for special orders. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage. ARC reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.
Funds will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns or allow exchanges, nor do we offer refunds for the following products and services:
- Final sale
- Custom orders, special orders, or any modified products including cut-to-size
- Products damaged through normal wear and tear & delivery fees
- Returns or exchanges without receipt or ability to validate purchase.
- ARC reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client. We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges without proof of purchase
Stocked Rugs:
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of pick up or delivery and completed within 30 days thereafter
- Upon receive, the returned product will be inspected:
- Products in original, unworn and unaltered condition will be refunded to the original method of payment or exchanged
- Products that do not meet this standard will not be eligible for refund or exchange
Make a Return
- To begin a return, please contact the Anadol Rug Co customer service team to discuss the item you wish to return.
- Once your request has been approved, you will receive return instructions via email.
- You will be responsible for the arrangement and cost of shipping and delivery. However, if you received a damaged or defective item, we will supply you with a pre-paid shipping label to mail your return
Once we receive your merchandise and confirm it is in the showroom condition with original packaging and tags, we will issue your refund. Please note that exchanges, credits, and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only; shipping charges are non-refundable. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
